The space is comprised of 2 rooms connected by a Jack'n'Jill bathroom. The space is completely self-contained from the rest of the building with its own entrance, kitchen, and climate control.

2 rooms ensuite with 1 queen sized beds, a King bed, and an optional cot (folding bed added upon request). The space is newly remodeled. The property is on a hill with a broad view of the ocean, and oasis of tropical plants and fruit trees.

Your hosts reside in another part of the home on the upper level, and the units are completely self-contained.

Guests are provided with a gate remote.*Fee assessed for replacement of lost keys or remote.

We have backup water storage and backup power generator.

Studio features hurricane protection, ceiling fan, memory foam bed, dedicated workspace, and Fiber Optic internet access.

The fenced and gated property is in a cul-de-sac in the sought after Crosbies community.

The patio faces the Caribbean Sea and there's an amazing SEAVIEW. The exit of the units is onto a pergola-styled patio and a few steps leading to a paved walkway.

The property is well lit and features paved walkways from the driveway to unit entrance. The yard space is over 0.4 acres with an abundance of walking area, picnic tables, sitting areas, mature trees, and a trampoline.

There are security cameras observing the outside of the house.
