Terms and Conditions

1. General Policies

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but is subject to availability and additional charges.
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for each room is as stated in the booking confirmation. Any additional guests must be approved by management, and extra fees may apply.
Age Restriction: Guests must be 18 years or older to book a room. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. No reservations will be confirmed without full payment.

2. Cancellation Policy We follow a Moderate Cancellation Policy, inspired by Airbnb:

Full Refund: Guests can cancel their reservation up to 5 days before check-in for a full refund.
Partial Refund: If the guest cancels within 5 days of check-in, the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the accommodation fees for the remaining nights will be refunded.
No Refund: If the guest cancels after check-in, no refund will be given for the nights not used.

3. Security Deposit

A security deposit may be required at check-in. This deposit will be refunded in full upon inspection of the room, provided no damages, missing items, or policy violations are found.

4. House Rules

No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or indoor common areas. A cleaning fee of [amount] will be charged for violations.
Pets: Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated in your booking confirmation. Unauthorized pets will incur a cleaning fee of [amount].
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests are expected to respect other guests' privacy and comfort during these times.

5. Liability

Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for securing their valuables. The hotel is not liable for the loss or damage of personal items.
Damages: Any damages to the property caused by guests or their visitors will be charged to the guest’s payment method.

6. Health and Safety

Guests must follow all health and safety guidelines, including those related to fire safety and hygiene standards. Emergency exits are clearly marked, and guests are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the safety information in their rooms.

7. Privacy Policy

Any personal information provided during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of processing your reservation and ensuring a smooth stay. We do not share your data with third parties.

8. Car Rentals and Additional Services

Car Rentals: Guests renting cars through LaBelleVue must provide a valid driver’s license and are responsible for complying with all local driving laws and regulations.
Concierge and Laundry Services: Additional services such as concierge or laundry are available upon request and may incur extra charges.

9. Amendments to Terms

LaBelleVue Micro-Hotel reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Guests are responsible for reviewing the terms prior to their stay.
